Responding to Municipalities Against More Homes
Many Rhode Island municipalities have introduced, and some have passed, a resolution opposing the latest state efforts to increase housing production.
This is a disappointing development. Rhode Islanders across the state are struggling to find homes, with 78% reporting that there are not enough homes available in their community that the average person can afford.
We encourage you to take action today:
