Hosted by Neighbors Welcome! RI and Cranston Forward, this is a casual way to learn more about what kind of laws will help make it easier to build sorely needed homes of all shapes and sizes, and spend time with community members.
This event is free to attend, but we ask that you RSVP so we know who to expect.
Cranston Forward is made up of residents from across Cranston who are organizing to promote greater civic participation, more responsive city government, and city policies that are equitable, just and sustainable.

Municipal staff and elected officials are at the forefront in implementing the principles of New Urbanism across the country.
At CNU 33 New England at Providence, we aim to support their transformational work by providing a full day of programming specifically tailored to the needs of our local government audience.
Tickets are $100 and include lunch.

Neighbors Welcome! Rhode Island will host a press conference in the House Lounge on the second floor of the State House to provide updates on the organization's legislative platform and insights into public opinion on building more homes in Rhode Island.
This event is free and open to the public.
